Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with all seals, tags, and protective film intact.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
- Due to hygiene standards, skincare and body care products cannot be returned once opened unless the item is defective or damaged during delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Send an email to info@isumibeauty.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days depending on the Bank, to your original method of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Return Procedure:
- Email us at info@isumibeauty.com with your order number and reason for return along with a photo of the product you want to return.
- Once approved, We will provide you with return instructions and courier details.
- Pack the item securely in its original condition.
- Once we receive and verify the return, the refund will be initiated minus the shipping cost.
